One of the things that surprises me about this project is how rarely New Places come into my daily life as a matter of course.  I usually have to go out and intentionally look for them. So when an errand took me to today’s New Place, I was happy (and a little relieved) to have an easy day!  On the other hand, it also made my errand a lot less tedious: I was actually kind of excited because I knew there would be a New Place at the end of it!

Anyway, no major tourist destination here—just an apartment building tucked back into a green wooded area where nobody ever goes unless they need to, just a new little corner of the world I never knew about before. With a nice pool. . . .
