In keeping with this week’s History theme, remember K-Mart? I didn’t know these stores still existed. You can count on Pennsylvania to be retro!

This K-Mart was on my way out of Allentown tonight, so I took advantage of seeing a New Place and doing an errand at the same time. As I’m not a fan of big stores, I wasn’t terribly inspired. But I did get the consumer goods I needed, as well as a few pictures. To boot, I wandered around seeing all kinds of bright, shiny things that I definitely don’t and never will need. I was particularly intrigued by the signs promising cash back on purchases . . . so you could feasibly walk out of the store with more money in your pocket than what you came in with??? Hmmmm.
