Crossing state lines today!  Woo-hoo!  We are going crazy here at ONP!!

Actually, it’s kind of a pain to drive up to Bethesda on a Friday afternoon close to rush hour, but as I had a medical appointment (in a not-New Place), I sucked it up. This was my third time at this doctor’s office, so today I gave myself a little extra time and turned right instead of my usual left towards the office. I had seen a wooded area on the map, so thought I would explore and see what that was all about.

Indeed, I found a little brook with a wooden bridge and a multi-use trail, all lending itself to a pleasant little blood-pressure-lowering stroll after my drive. Score!
